The Cascadian in Edmonds is a small family owned and operated business. Our top priority is making each person feel at home. We understand everyone’s needs are different.

We currently have three properties. The Cascadian in Edmonds is a 48 1-bedroom apartment community on Edmonds Way. Cascadian Windsound is a 4-plex with 2-bedroom units in the North-Edmonds Picnic Point area. Our third property, Rockwood House, is a single family home in Baldwin, New York.

It's like being with family, living at the Cascadian in Edmonds. The apartment complex is family-owned and operated with management on-site. As a long-term resident, I feel safe and secure here. The family takes pride in their property and truly cares about their tenants. The biggest bonus to my unit is my own enclosed patio area - love it! And with being only 2 miles up from the Edmonds waterfront, I highly recommend checking this out as your next place to live!

The Cascadian in Edmonds takes care of their people. Throughout these tough times during COVID, the owners helped all of their tenants financially by supplying QFC gift cards and giving us money off of three months rent. They also notified and refunded us when we overpaid and we had no idea. We paid for extra parking for a third car and halfway through the month, we sold it and they refunded us the money for the other half of the month.

We really have nothing bad to say about the Cascadian. Everyone has been great, the owners are constantly making improvements to the property and its community, and have gone out of their way to help residents that needed it. We are really glad we found this place.
