"The Cascadian in Edmonds takes care of their people. Throughout
these tough times during COVID, the owners helped all of their tenants
financially by supplying QFC gift cards and giving us money off of three
months rent. They also notified and refunded us when we overpaid and
we had no idea. We paid for extra parking for a third car and halfway
through the month, we sold it and they refunded us the money for the
other half of the month. They are also quick to fix any problems that arise
in our units. We absolutely love living here. The parking situation is
amazing as well, as is the location. One other thing: My dad just passed
away two nights ago and Lisa has been non stop checking in on me. Jeff
and Lisa, thank you for being such kind people!"

truly cares about their tenants. The biggest bonus to my unit is my own enclosed
patio area - love it! And with being only 2 miles up from the Edmonds waterfront,
